Women take more active part than men in apartment selection

Both husbands and wives take part in realty acquirement decision making. But sociological studies showed that women are more active in apartment choosing (70%).

Company experts ascertained that the major part of real estate buyers in Moscow are middle-aged customers (36-50 years old -14%), young customers (25-29 years old -13%).

Most of them have master’s degree (56%) or specialized secondary education (33%). Typical family composition is: three members (37%), 4 people (25%) and 2 members (16%). The half of interviewed reported that they have no under age children, families of 38% interviewed have one under age child.
