According to INKOM-Nedvizhimost the changes in the volume of secondary realty depended in April, 2010 on the location, to put it more precisely, on administrative district of the capital.
Thus in Northern Administrative District the supply decreased by 2,7%, in Western Administrative District, on the contrary, the supply increased by 14,6%. It’s reported that total supply of the secondary market both in the elite and economy segments decreased by 1% - down to 50,19 thousand objects.
The issue says that the average supply price in the secondary real estate market increased in Moscow in rubles by 1,3% - up to 181,28 thousand rubles for a square meter, in dollars – by 2,6% up to 6,21 thousand dollars for a square meter.
