According to RIA Novosti AFI Development Company postpones the opening of the new trading and entertaining complex “Moscow-City” for the beginning of 2011 year because of delay of compliance notification receiving.
Press-release of the developer company says that the constructing works are fully completed, service lines including electricity and heating are connected, for the time being the works on adjusted territory beautification are under execution.
It is said in the report that today 70% of premises in the trading centre are already rented, developers are planning to lease 75% of premises by the end of December, 2010.
There will be more than 450 shops, plenty of 4D and 5D cinema halls, skating-ring with total area 900 square meters, children entertaining centre, more that 50 restaurants and cafes and 3-level parking for 2.7 thousand parking stalls in the “Moscow-City” centre.
