According to Moscow realty analysts one and two-room economic-class apartments with price 20-25 thousand rubles were of the most demand in October, 2009.
Thus, the crises tendencies continued to these days: the lower rental rate – the higher demand for the real estate. However, recently there was registered the rising of interest of tenants in apartments of the higher price category.
For instance, demand for apartments with price about 750 USD reduced by 16, 1%, whereas demand for apart for 1,000 – 3,000 increased by 14,7 %. Besides, analysts point to the fact that prices for the cheapest apartment reduced in October, 2009 almost by 20%.
