According to Knight Frank company, prices for country realty in Rublevo-Uspenskoye shosse increased by 12,3% in 2nd quarter of 2010 year comparing with the 1st quarter of 2010 year, in Novorizhskoye – by 10,8%. It’s indicated in the company report that price rise was registered in all premium class areas of Moscow region.
The difference between price rise rates in elite and cheap areas is rather big. In Dmitrovskoye shosse area prices increased by 6%, in Minskoye – by 2,8%, in Kievskoye and Kaluzhskoye the prices remained on the level of the 1st quarter of 2010.
“In what follows the main price rise will be defined by the factor of growing demand, including the demand connected with the seasonal activity and absence of new high class offer which can provoke the shortage on the market”, - thus analysts of Knight Frank company forecast the situation in elite real estate market of Moscow region
