According to real estate data portal Gdeetotdom.ru (Гдеэтотдом.ру) the economical situation favoring stabilization of price level on Russian real estate market and contributing to price growth for realty of great demand, is remaining in January, 2010.
Besides, analysts report, that in average the prices in Russia didn’t changed, but in many cities there was registered positive or negative tendencies. During the week (from 11-17th, January, 2010) price index of realty in Moscow didn’t change and made up 138 050 rubles for a square meter.
Price index in Moscow region as well didn’t change considerable and made up 63 800 rubles for a square meter. Price index in St. Petersburg reduced by 0,1%, making up 80 664 rubles for a square meter.
