Analysts of development company “Krasivaya Zemlya” expect 15-30% price rise for land in 2010 year. The least price increases is to be for lots located 80 km from Moscow Ring Road. Such lots are offered now for 25-30 thousand rubles for one hundred square meters.
By the end of 2010 year the prices are to go up to 30-40 thousand rubles for one hundred square meters. The most considerable price rise (about 25-30%) is forecasted in the segment of lots located 10-50 km from Moscow.
Thus, by the end of the year prices for lands situated 20 km from Moscow will cost 180 thousand rubles for one hundred square meters, land situated 20-50 km from Moscow will cost 80 thousand rubles for one hundred square meters.
It stands to mention that 50-55% of lands are located in economy class villages, about 35% - inbusiness class villages, and the rest – in elite and club villages.
