New-York takes the first place in rating of the most influential cities in the world

The report made by consulting agency Knight Frank and world-wide financial company Citi Private Bank says that the most influential city in the world in 2010 year is New-York.

Thus London yielded the pas to New-York. The best dynamics showed last year Berlin, moved from the 13th place to the 8th, owing to the “political influence” and “life quality” indexes. The issue also communicates that owing to economical and political influence enforcement major Asiatic cities showed considerable positive trends.

Besides, we should mention, that the cities with well-developed economics achieved positive results as well. “Moscow lost 2 positions in the rating, descending from the 20th to the 22nd place. In accordance with indexes of “political influence” Moscow takes the 31st place, “intellectual stock” – 23rd place, “life quality” and “economical influence”– 19th places”, - says the report.
