Experts add that the price rise on the regular market of the capital will make up 15% on the background of rehabilitation and reviving of Russian economics.

Specialists says that in July 2010 price rise in the capital was registered in prestigious areas (1,1%-1,6%) and the segment of business class realty in monolith buildings (2,3%). Prices for high-quality real estate in monolith buildings will remain invariable.
