100% of the enterprise JSC “Hotel “Natsional” is to be put up for auction on December 22nd of the current year in Moscow. The main assets is the building of the hotel for 201 rooms (the total area of the object is 21.5 thousand square meters) and two lots in Moscow core in Mokhovaya Street.
The upset price of the lot is defined as 4.583 million (the bid increment is 91.66 million rubles). The auction will be carried out by Russian Auction House. This issue is reported to RBK Nedvizhimost news portal by the Company “Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels” which is the expert on the hotel presentation for the investors.
We should mention that abroad usually the objects of such a level are estimated minimum at 1 million Euro per room. “At that the profitability of the object often is less than 1% (before investments for renovation and restoration accounting)”, - claimed the Executive Vice President and the Head of “Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels” in Russia and the CIS Maria Usenko.
