According to RODEX GROUP Company lack of qualitative ready-to-move objects and villages on the concluding stage of construction is expected on real estate market of Moscow area.
The Head of marketing communications department of RODEX GROUP Mr. Igor Zaugolnikov reported that lack of high-quality objects shortage of houses put in commission is expected in 2011-2012. He added that the quantity of new projects with a common concept is scarce in 2010 year.
The major part of market participants (more than one third of projects) changed qualitative projects joined by the common concept and made of the lots without contract. The experts explained that such tendencies make the shortage of premium-class projects and will lead to the price growth for such objects.
