Blackwood company experts expect that the vacant premises in Novy Arbat Street will be filled up in the course of retargeting from retail business to the other segments, namely, entertainment and food services. The upper price segment is to be extended as well.
Part of premises is to be offered for rent to client bank branch and other companies of service industry.
