General Director of analytic and consulting centre of Miel Company Mr. Vladimir Lutskov claimed on the press conference that in 2011 year 2.5 million square meters of new realty is to be offered for sale next year.
According to him, this year there were 4 million square meters of new realty objects, but as for today only 2 million square meters were sold.
Meanwhile he reminded that in pre-crises period there were 3.5-4 million square meters of real estate on Moscow market. In the meantime yearly sale made up 3-4 million square meters if primary real estate.
He believes that despite the low building volume, prices for real estate will increase next year only for certain projects corresponding to the stage of promotion and constructing. In the whole market price rise is not to exceed inflation, added the experts.
