According to the experts of Bridge – consulting company constructing of about 85% commercial real estate objects are hold up in Moscow and 78% in St. Petersburg.
Analysts of the company record that the quantity of the objects construction which are suspended is monthly increasing, the main cause is considerable decrease in commercial real estate demand.
Experts of the consulting company as well point out that developers hold up the projects on the foundation stage and carry out projects on completion phase.
