Cottage in gated compound 10 min to Anglo-American School

It is a great historical place where Soviet elite used to live. Now it is restored, it has all recreation facilities with children playgrounds, tennis court and gym area and amazing forest territory with beautiful alleys.

There are around 30 houses in the compound: restored wooden construction in traditional Russian style and brick European-style cottages.
