According to municipal administration, Moscow authorities prolonged terms of construction of multifunctional business centre in South-West Administrative District till the end of 2013. Municipal administration officials reported that “the centre is to be erected for small enterprises representative offices. It’ll be situated on the intersection of Skobelevskaya and Venevskaya streets in the 3rd location of Southern Butovo”.
The interlocutor added: “the lots with total area 1,6 hectares will be provided for engineering and construction of the business centre “Yuzhnoe Butovo” on the short-term rent conditions till 31st December, 2013”.
The construction of the centre will be conducted at the expense of small enterprises means, which will be chosen by tender on the principle of partnership. The general investor-developer of multifunctional business centre is Closed Company “Yuzhnoe Butovo”.
