Experts report that the cause of this situation is the world financial crisis. Clients who were planning to acquire some property now are forced to rent lodging. According to Miel-Arenda company, in January, 2009 the demand on apartment rent increased to 64,2 % in comparison with January, 2008.
DOKI real estate agency experts point out that in February, 2009 the price on 2-room business-сlass apartments and 1-room elite apartments rose. Prices on 1/3-room business-class apartments are abating.
