In August, 2009 revitalization in Moscow real estate market is recorded. Comparing with the July, 2009 the demand increased by 24%. According to company MIEL-Arenda the supply comparing with the August, 2008 increased by 35,5 %. Such tendency is recorded as well in September, 2009.
The peak of demand for Moscow apartments which cost 750 dollars in August, 2009 was recorded (34, 71% of the total demand). It indicates to the fact the employees and students from other towns move to Moscow, so they are in need of cheap realty. The supply in August and September, 2009 shows the opposite tendency.
The part of apartments which cost up to 750 dollars makes up only 20,1 %. The most bulk of apartments is offered in price bracket from 1,000 to 3,500 dollars (33,8%). The third place in demand take apartments which cost from 1,000 to 3,000 dollars (30,2%). According to analysts the average rental price for all apartment categories and classes in dollar equivalent reached its high.
