According to Incom corporation analysts in June owing to the increase of supply in countryside real estate the index of demand and correspondingly the average price level reduced.
Experts point to the fact that the average price reduced to 8,8%. The main cause according to the experts are discounts amounting to 1/3 of the initial price. Official prices as well decreased: in premium class - by 11% , luxe class - by 8%.
