During the week (May, 31st – June, 6th) the average price for secondary real estate decreased in USD by 0,5% making up $ 6,1 thousand for a square meter. In rubles prices cut down by 0,6% to the level 189,1 thousand rubles for a square meter.
Prices in dollars and rubles in Moscow region decreased by 1,5% making up $2,3 thousand and 71,16 thousand rubles for a square meter. Analysts report that prices in ruble decreased in South-Western Administrative District by 0,9% in Northern Administrative District by 1,6%.
The maximum price decrease was observed in the most removed from Moscow places - by 2,1%. The offer volume went down by 0,6% to the level 41,37 thousand objects. In Moscow region the volume of offer decreased by 2% making up 34,33 thousand apartments.
