Experts add that de luxe class new buildings aren’t situated only in Ostozhenka and Prechistinka, but also beyond the limits of Garden Ring, among them such objects as “Anglisky Kvartal”, “Sadovy Kvartal”.
“Italiansky Kvartal” and “Kvartal na Pluschikhe”. It is told in the report that 2-3 new major objects of the elite segment will entered the market. The most expensive are still located in Yakimanka, Presnya and Khamovniki areas. The following objects affected on these indexes: “Impersky Dom”, “Vizantijsky Dom” and a number of options in Ostozhenka on high readiness phase.
According to Est-a-Tet Company the market of new a-list buildings counts 43 objects in price range starting from 6 thousand USD and up to 25 thousand USD (and higher) for a square meter. The main bulk is in the low price segment 6 – 10 thousand USD for a square meter.
