International Financial Centre is to be constructed in Rublevo-Arkhangelskoe

The Head of Sberbank German Gref confirmed in the interview for Vedomosti newspaper that the International Financial Centre (IFC) will be constructed in a new downtown area Rublevo-Arkhangelskoe. Moscow authorities assume the infrastructure development which has been already invested. Mr. Gref reported that the city-planning tender is planned for July, 2013. Residential buildings, offices and kindergartens will be built on the territory of IFC.

According to the Head of new Technologies Development Department of Moscow Vladimir Zhyrkin the construction of 5 million square meters of the real estate will take about 15 years.

Sberbank will take part in development of IFC partially; other lots will be sold up to the investors. Investment value of the lot rose owing to the adjoining of the lot to Moscow City territory. German Gref acknowledged the project to be gorgeous: “the place is good. I think we will find enough investors”.
