According to RBK.Rating the prices for secondary real estate in ruble equivalent reduced relative to July, 2009 in all Russian cities. The most considerable prices reduction is registered in Omsk (-4,5) and Chelyabinsk (-4.3). In Moscow prices reduced by 2,3%, in St. Petersburg - by 1,7%, Sochi - by 2,6%.
Traditionally, the leader of the most expensive cities of Russia is Moscow. The price for a square meter in Moscow is 159,55 thousand RUB. It is notable that in Moscow Region the average price for a square meter is considerably lower - it is 72,93 thousand RUB. The second place in this chart takes Sochi, the price for a square meter here is 90 thousand RUB.
The third place take ST. Petersburg, the average price for a square meter here is 81,69 thousand RUB. In the other cities the price for a square meter is lower. The higher price range - 30-45 thousand RUB generally remains in the mean cities with population 500 thousand – 1 million inhabitants.
