Ancient restored mansions and Stalin period buildings compete with new a-list buildings

Experts of Moscow elite realty market point to the slight prices growth for apartments in Stalin period buildings and for apartments in restored mansions.

It is caused by the increase in demand for abovementioned real estate property. Analysts of MIEL real estate agency reports that on the secondary real estate market apartments in Stalin period buildings, restored pre-revolutionary mansions, 19th century rented apartment houses and ministerial buildings on the fenced guarded territory considerably competes with new a-list buildings.

The most expensive options according to analysts were offered in Yakimanka and Arbat area. The prices for apartments in this areas in October, 2009 are 18,7 thousand USD and 18,2 respectively.
