According to Moscow construction complex information Internet portal, about 200 lots are to be provided for automated parking lots within the 3rd Ring Road limits.
The first parking of this kind is already open. It is also mentioned in the account that “vertical” parking is consisted of 8 floors, each provides 4 parking stalls.
Considerably small area of the lot enables to set such parking lots near residential buildings in the densely built-up area.
Moscow scientific research and design institute chief engineer Mihail Khrestmein announced that 100-120 thousand parking stalls are set in operation annually. Moscow automobile park at the same time amounts 3 million cars and is constantly rising.
