Moscow authorities are going to remain green areas while constructing new residential complexes in future on the territories of “new” Moscow.
It’s known that 75% of new Moscow territories are occupied by forests. According to the chairmen of “Moscomstroyinvest” Konstantin Timofeev the main attention will be focused on good transport access and preserving of large green areas while considering investment contracts and massive residential building up. He claimed it on the government conference in the network of international investment exhibition in Cannes MIPIM-2012
Konstantin Timofeev added as well that there is an arrangement about investment projects on residential building construction on new Moscow territory between Moscow and Moscow region government. He told also that first a special committee will examine investment projects of already approved projects, especially large projects of residential construction.
