The current price for a three-room apartment in a new building located in Tverskaya area and its environs makes only 1.7 million USD. At that time new three-room apartment in other prestigious areas costs about 2.3 million USD.

Three new elite residential complexes are offered now on the market. One of them is already put into exploitations and two of them are to be put into exploitation in 2012 year.

Real estate analysts suppose that by the end of 2011 year the average market price for residential premises in new buildings in Tverskaya area will make up 18.5 thousand USD per a square meter.
