Price increase for countryside objects on the high stage of construction is to run up to 10%

Welhome company experts forecast price rise for countryside realty of Moscow region for the forth quarter of the year.

According to experts the moderate price rise for elite countryside realty is to make up in the forth quarter of 2011 year 3-5% in case of economical stability in the world. The most considerable price rise in the segment of qualitative offer is to make up in some cases 10%.

Summing up the 3rd quarter of 2011 year the average price for 1 square meter of elite real estate made up 4.9 thousand USD. Comparing with the 2nd quarter of the current year the price rise made up about 3%. The highest price for a square meter was registered in Rublevo-Uspenskoye shosse (7.5 thousand USD).

We should mention that the primary market of countryside real estate made up about 1120 objects in 30 residential settlements. 75% of these offers are related to cottages. During the 3rd quarter of 2011 year there were no new objects appeared on the market.
