Now the average price for 1 square meter in a premium-class segment makes up 5.5 thousand dollars, in business-class segment – 2.5 thousand dollars, in economy class – 1.6 thousand dollars.

One hundred meters in a business class cottage village make up about 20.3 thousand dollars, in economy class – 6.5 thousand dollars.

Experts claim that nowadays the price decrease is halted. Moreover they mention that ready-to-move objects show price dynamics. It should be noticed that in 2008 price decrease made up 40%. Specialists predict the displacement of the demand to the qualitative offers, which was registered in pre-crises period.
